My wife and I would like to thank Dr. Byrd and her staff for providing the best care imaginable. The kindness, compassion, and empathy they showed was beyond reproach. Words make it hard to describe the love they showed to our eight year old basset hound, Ladybird. Thank you again.
My regular vet was closed when a Sunday afternoon emergency arose. The staff at Animed was kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I was particularly amazed when my normally unfriendly and somewhat aggressive cat warmed quickly to the staff, especially in such a stressful situation. He obviously sensed that they saw him as more than just a weekend walk-in and knew that he was in good hands. Thankfully, he's now on the road to recovery and we're very grateful they were there for us!
Love Dr Slater and the girls at the Bell Fork location in Jacksonville! They are the sweetest and most helpful people! Very caring and always willing to see my little girl. Rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. Ceecee gives them a "paws up"! She loves her vet- most of the time! Lol
We have an old dog that is very loved by our family. She is starting to have some spine and hip issues and Animed has provided us with a wealth of options and information about how we can proceed with her treatment. It hasn't cost us an arm and a leg either! Thanks so much to the staff here for all of their help!
Great service but understaffed. Even when we made an appt we were waiting for about an hour. Luckily I had the day off and nothing else to do. I know it's because they accept walk-ins but they need to plan ahead better. Staff and doctors are very friendly though but I could tell the girls at the desk were trying to do 100 things at once.
