I shared my experience dealing with Jacksonville Honda and Mike gave me some tips and tricks on how to avoid getting ripped off in the future, however that's unnecessary because I will be using A Complete cycle for 100% of my motorcycle maintenance and repair. I couldn't get a ride to their shop and Mike went above and beyond the call to do everything he could to accommodate me.
Every place I go the shop wants too much money and offer no customer service. The service department staff don’t explain anything that was done or what they recommend or what's wrong. Only hand over the cash!
I bought a Yamaha Jet Boat last fall and had some issues with the motor kicking out a little white smoke while running. I was refered to A Complete Cycle & Ski by a friend whom is extremely difficult to please. He said they were awesome and honest. After bringing the boat in, they modified their facility to do my job having to life the motor out. The engine is running great and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the up front and honesty that they possess. He was able to get my warrantied motor from the facility in Florida shipped to him and he installed it and sent the other motor back for me. Easy process for me, he also made some recommendations for maintenance that were also affordable and really needed to be done.
If you like good service shops and someone to treat you with respect and not just a walking credit card, go see Mike. I promise you will never look for another shop.
I found this shop by accident by doing a quick google search and was thoroughly impressed! The owner was the only person that I spoke with and he was able to answer every question I had, as well as gave me every option available (instead of simply giving me the most expensive). I have been stationed up and down the East Coast and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a motorcycle shop. Their expertise is second to none and they genuinely want to help you in any way they can so you can get back to enjoying your ride and will want to come back time and again. I will be using this shop from now on, and will be advocating to every rider I know to utilize them as well. Cheapest prices, great customer service, quickest turn around I’ve seen!
It's plain and simple my friends. If you want to feel like you are being taken care of when your bike or ski is being worked on...bring it to Mike at A Complete Cycle & Ski. I recently brought my 2011 HD Fatboy Lo in for some mods. I had my bars, mirrors, grips, license plate, cables and oil change handled by Mike. He not only did all the mods but took the time to really show me what he did. He won't let you leave until he walks you through everything he did so YOU as the customer are fully aware of what took place. Where else are you going to get that? Other places will simply give you the keys and an invoice and you are on your way. I'm not saying other places don't do great work...all I am saying that my experience with Mike is more than just being a "customer". That goes a long way in my book. As for the price...HA! Try finding prices that will compete against Mike...YOU WON'T. I highly recommend everyone who needs their bike/ski worked on....GO TO A COMPLETE CYCLE AND SKI. You won't regret it!
Within the first 5 minutes after I pulled up to have Mike look at my jet ski, he had done a compression test, replaced the spark plugs and got my ski running again.
Finally a great place to get service and repairs done on jet skis, boats and motorcycles!!
After being ripped off severely by Jacksonville Honda, I realized I needed to look elsewhere to get some work done on my 2010 Honda Rebel 250. When I called up Mike at A Complete Cycle, he went above and beyond to take care of me. He told me the pros/ cons of waiting an extra day for a good back-wheel, rather than what they were trying to pass off onto him. I really appreciate a mechanic that's willing to lay it out there for us that are pretty clueless.
