Very nice place to live..I lived here 2 different times first time I cleaned my place well got my deposit back..2nd time living here I enjoy it..Very nice staff..We all have bad days..If you are rude to them I am sure they have a right to settle matters in there own hands...

Good experience here and would/quite possibly will rent here again they were always FAIR to me when I left I owed them a little over 100 $ due to my own negligence but they definitely could have taken me for a ride if they wanted to and didn't! The lady who works the office was always nice to me and I found this to be a very military friendly place they allowed me to make payments on the first and fifteenth and if I am correct this is something they weren't so willing to extend to non military folks... Neighborhood seemed decent and I never had problems my only real complaint is some people like to not put their dogs on leashes when they let them outside buy that is not the parks fault.

Staff is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. When we tried to give them a 30 day notice of departure, we were met with ridicule and were belittled. Their rules are only enforced on certain residents and they blame you for everything that's wrong with the trailer. For example, we called to report water damage that was out of control and no help was sent. These people do not know how to run a business and know nothing of customer service.
