This was July. Since then, I've called easily 50 times, always receive some excuse as to why the check has not been cut. Now they will not answer nor return my calls. They told the BBB that they gave me my money back, I contacted the BBB and let them know that that isn't the case. It's almost February and I'm still waiting on my refund.
I had a leaking toilet, so I hopped on here and chose the first one that came, and it just happened to be my old next door neighbors {we had moved literally the week before}. When he showed up, he went in my bathroom, and looked over the toilet. Said it was the connections and I needed a new gasket. Okay, no problem. 2 days later, starts doing the exact same thing, so I call again and he comes out. Swears up and down the "tank is sweating". I called another plumber to take care of the problem. When the new plumber came in, showed me the gasket, how it had DRY ROT and was OLD. I was rather upset, but I contacted them and got no response. I contacted the BBB and was contacted by their secretary, promising a full refund.
