Cozy, clean, well-priced stay in two upstairs rooms w our son. Host was friendly & accommodating. Coffee was delicious in the morning and location was perfect for restaurants & Hammocks Beach State Park visit.

This place was like having a sleepover at a cool relatives house that lives near the best beach in NC . It is cozy , on a beautiful property and a much needed change from those dank beach motels , and the price was about the same . We definitely would stay again and again .
